Health Insurance for Artists

The Health Insurance Resource Center (HIRC), a program of The Actors
Fund, assists both visual and performing artists in understanding their
options for finding affordable health insurance. HIRC counsels
individuals by Internet (www.ahirc.org ), by
phone (323 933-9244 ext. 32) and in person at The Actors Fund office
(5757 Wilshire Blvd.) where a weekly seminar - Getting and Keeping
Health Insurance - is offered every Wednesday. This concise and
informative seminar is also available, at no cost, to be given at
outside locations such as arts organizations, theatres, studios, etc.
